Delivery overview

HQESS has completed factory acceptance and dispatched a 3.3 MW / 3-hour indoor battery storage system for an overseas project, with the final units consolidated for shipment to the project site.

Overseas storage markets set high bars on safety, stability and grid compatibility. This project was engineered against those requirements from the start.

02

What was delivered

  • A 3.3 MW / 3-hour high-safety indoor storage system
  • 16 battery cabinets, organised into 8 clusters
  • 1,375 kW single-unit PCS — among the highest single-unit capacities in its class among deployed overseas storage systems
03

Safety engineering

The system uses high-safety lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, together with a new full-system insulation material that substantially raises high-temperature and arc-resistance performance. The combination is designed to meet strict overseas fire-safety requirements, adding a second layer of protection beyond standard practice.

04

Performance engineering

The 1,375 kW PCS raises both operating efficiency and grid compatibility — the result of sustained R&D investment in high-end storage hardware.

05

Factory acceptance before shipment

On 19 March, a full factory acceptance review was completed with the project party and HQESS’s delivery partner. A combined technical team verified the complete system item by item, and every indicator met overseas market requirements before the equipment cleared acceptance.

The units were packed and consolidated in early June and are being shipped to the overseas project site.

06

What it represents

For HQESS, this is a milestone in commercial deployment outside its home market — and a step from product export toward technology, standards and brand export. The company continues to focus on storage R&D and quality, building safer, more efficient systems for overseas high-end markets.
